After receiving my Blackstone Table Top Grill, it was immediately apparent that the burner would not ignite properly. The griddle had to be lifted off of the burner or I had to use a grill lighter in order to begin cooking. Not a big deal...a little dangerous but most of all a simple annoyance. After many attempts at contacting Blackstone via their email address regarding warrenty service for this default, they simple refuse to provide any help at all. Although I do receive an email reply, that they have received my email, I can't get an answer from Blackstone in reference to service for my griddle. Thus the single star rating!! Poor customer service like this demonstrates a complete lack of concern for the consumer after the purchase! Very dissappointed with Blackstone, very dissappointed indeed!
