Nonresistance Bands
The only “resistance” is from the size of the bands, not the amount of stretch or elastic. Once you have stretched them to their max size they just loose all tension and you are not able to extend your full range of motion, which means you actually not working that muscle in it entirety.
In addition, a good resistance band has a decent amount of resistance during flexion, these are the equivalent of an over stretched rubber band. They just snap back to original size.
As much as the rubber resistance bands can suck, they are a much better choice unfortunately.
