1. We bought this a little over a month ago. We used it for the second time last night and while extending the arms to fit into the window, the cheap plastic snapped! 2. The low/medium/high feature is a joke. Low spins one fan blade, while medium spins two, and high spins all three. The only usable setting is high, because on the first two setting air blows back in the non-spinning blades. It is a terrible design. Why not use a rheostat in the design to control all 3 blades fan speed, like every other fan?? If I could give this 0 stars I would, but Amazon in make me choose a minimum of 1. =/ Perusing a refund for a different fan now.
