Bought this for the 4k TV I just purchased since I enjoyed the previous firegen. But. Whoever designed this hot mess needs to go back to design school. HDMI cable is stupid short so it dangles behind your TV or hangs there like a prolapse. USB power cord, why? Even worse the AC plug at the end is fat plastic that prevents anything else from plugging next to it on a power strip. What a hog. Seriously who makes ends on power cords like that anymore? Those kind of people who still make those deserve a special place in purgatory. After struggling to set this up, the software bugged out and crashed and is stuck on the loading screen. Somehow Amazon managed to make a device that is overall worse than their previous generation. Good job.
