This may work well enough for the occasional traveler, but NOT for a flight attendant. I bought this because it was a great size and price, and I figured having a designer brand meant it was made for durability. I bought this in February and it’s already broken (it’s April but it has been broken since end of March). The handle is so thin and light that it bent under my lunch bag. It now takes an unbelievable amount of effort for the handle to telescope down and it gets stuck 100% of the time. It constantly tips over and has no balance whatsoever. I would really like my money back so I’ll be exploring how I can get a refund. A warranty replacement would obviously do me no good. It’s very cute, it’s gotten me compliments, but it is nowhere near the functionality I need. If this is just for one or two vacations where you plan on packing light and having no other bags on top, it will probably be fine. If you’re a frequent traveler, invest in a brand that caters to that. I’ve learned my lesson. Edit: Handle is completely broken. Again this is after only TWO months. Photos included.
