Don't buy this product. It is by far the worst product I have ever bought. Despite all the good reviews I looked at before I bought it, including a youtube demo, probably paid by this company, it is the worse oven I ever have used. I have had numerous toaster ovens over the years and never had problems with any of them. They eventually wore out, but this one never worked well to begin with and within months there were multiple functioning problems: the oven door broke, of course after the return policy was over and now there is no way to shut the door unless a heavy item is placed in front of it so that it stays shut. The racks do not fit right on their side slots to hold them, and every time you pull the rack on it drops off the railing on one side and the food can spill. I have had several people here cooking in it and everyone says, literally, "I HATE this oven". No one wants to cook here. Operating it: It is not user friendly, the manual is not helpful, turning it on is not reliable. I think it's on at first then go to check the dish and find it is not on. You have to make sure it stays on. When it shuts itself off, it does not turn off the word "end" so unless you go and turn the off button, that stays on. Probably will burn out the light in the not so distant future. I contacted the seller, Lifestyle by Focus storefront, and asked for a refund even though it was past 30 days. They said no. I have to trash this oven, can't even donate it to Goodwill, and buy another. I can't caution you enough not to buy this oven or use this company.
