Terrible Customer Service
The product performs as described. It arrived late and was missing a nut & bolt for the handle install. Have been dealing the manufacturer for 9 days trying to get the need nut & bolt and they "Greenworks" are very slow to respond and today have asked for more information. Would not recommend this product because of their poor customer service.
