This is the best lower back support I can find. I would love to give it five stars for that, but sadly I must agree with the observations of many other reviews that this version is cheaply made. It is coming unstitched at the seams in the 1st week of use. Really really disappointing. Also there were some very ugly white tags that were super difficult to remove. I cut them because there was no perforation & they were stitched into the most vulnerable seam (wear the strap attaches). Also, the foam pillow comes in a light plastic sleeve which VERY easily gets caught in the zipper. Once this happens It's a lot of work to get the plastic unjammed from the zipper. So many things about the materials & design of this product smack of cut corners, lack of testing & utter disregard for ease of use. Very sad to see a great product ruined by shoddy craftsmanship. I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks extra for better materials that would last longer. I would love it if there were a better version of this. I would return it, except I'm sure the replacement would be just as flimsy so I'll do my best to stitch it up & keep looking for a better made product.
