This says on the package that it is specifically for cats that will spit their food back up after 20 minutes which pretty much describes our cat perfectly. This is the most high maintenance cat I've ever had... been trying to figure out how to help her for a long time, and new things will seem to work for a couple weeks and then she'll start throwing up a lot again. These drops only seemed to help for a short time. I've always had to be careful of how much food I give her at one time. Fortunately I work from home and keep constantly only giving her a tablespoon at a time. I've switched to an 'easy digestion' formula which has helped a bit, and have even changed her bowl so she has to dig out her food--which slows down her eating. That's been the biggest help so far. UPDATE: (10/25/2018) For those with puking cats, just in case you find this helpful, we finally found a combo that has seriously reduced our cat's constant puking. She still does once in a while, but it is drastically reduced by giving her Feline Greenies SmartBites Hairball Control and Purina ProPlan Sensitive Skin & Stomach Lamb & Rice Formula food. Good luck!
