I made several trips the AT&T store to find out why my phone kept loosing connection immediately after activation. After further investigation, AT&T informed me that the PHONE HAD BEEN REPORTED STOLEN, and provided me with written confirmation. I reported the incident to AMAZON, they and seller were more concerned about me returning the phone. I received a full refund. However, they were not concerned about the selling of stolen merchanise over the internet and across state lines. Ironically, the reason why I had purchased this phone in the first place was because someone had stolen my phone!
