We ordered this kitchen faucet based on the great reviews. After paying for a plumber to install it, we found the faucet was manufactured with defects. It immediately began leaking in two places - from the sprayer supply line and from inside the faucet. I got a replacement faucet from Amazon. I then contacted Kraus to request reimbursement for the costs of the plumber needing to come back a second time to install the replacement. I sent Kraus all the information that they requested, including a video of the leaks. I respectfully requested reimbursement for the 2nd plumber visit ($107), as I only incurred that cost because the first faucet was defective. Kraus declined my request, stating that their warranty only covers "parts." This is a poor way to treat your customers - it was Kraus' defective "parts" at fault to begin with.
