Bought this for my iPhone X, plugged it in, but kept getting a "Failed to Connect" message. I got on SanDisk's online chat and after a half-dozen pointless (as it turned out) questions, the technician told me this was a known issue and to return it to Amazon for credit. Well, it works fine with my iPad Mini and with my wife's iPad Air so I'm going to keep it. I've been buying SanDisk products for as long as they've been around and this is the first time I've ever been disappointed. If you own an iPhone X, don't make the same mistake I did.
