WARRANTY NOT HONORED!
I have tried on two different occasions to have one of the scoops replaced. IT FELL APART ON THE FIRST USE! All my correspondence has gone unanswered - so their message on the order page about replacements and warranties is useless - they have never bothered to answer any of my e-mails.
Their warranty states 100@ complete satisfaction – not true!
