So we ordered this based on all of the reviews that we saw online. It sounded like a real winner. We ordered this on June 9th, 2015 and we started working on the floors in the middle of July. Family, work, etc. well we are about 2 rooms in and all of sudden the spring loaded area where the handle is snapped off. The aluminum casing where the handle intertwines with the spring load had cracked all the way around. The set screw that are in place have cracks and will not hold the bar in place. Now since we ordered this product ahead of time thinking we get all the materials and tools first then start when we have time, the return time frame has expired. :( I could only hope that the seller would replace the product. It was great while it worked and I would have rated it 5 stars but the customer service portion has made a huge impact. If you are going to buy this cutter please be aware of the return and warranty process.
