Failed in less than 2 months. Customer service no help.
Unit worked for just under 2 months, then the compressor stopped working. Tried to get issue resolved through customer service and they wanted me to package it up and ship it to them at my own cost. See the dimensions and weight of the unit. This is not easily, or affordably shipped. After multiple back and forth emails, the unit is still sitting unusable in the corner of the room while my family sweats through the Arizona summer. Poor product and poor customer service.
