Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

The Amazon reviews were all pretty good, so I gave it a try. It arrived quickly, and the picture quality looked good. After using it for less than 1 week, the picture went completely black. The sound worked, but no picture. I searched for Sceptre Reviews, and found a major retail store that had over 100 reviews for this TV. I looked at the 1 star reviews, and saw at least 10 referencing the exact same problem. It must be a design flaw. You might get lucky and get a good one, but I was not willing to risk sending mine back for repair. Thanks to Amazon for their great customer service. I sent it back and got a full refund!
