Received these pillows and fluffed them in the dryer per instructions. They look nice and fluffy until you lay on them, then POOF, all support is gone. My biggest problem with these though is the mysterious white powder that floats out of them when you fluff and hit them by hand...not sure if it's some residue from the manufacturing process or what. All I knew is that there's no way it's healthy to breathe that in while you're sleeping. I have since then bought a different brand of feather pillows and did not have that issue.
