* * The wisdom behind Buying in BULK is to achieve maximum value for money. ,,,, in this respect alone, this purchase is a total let down. Actually, it is a catastrophic failure. ,,,,,, I don't mind smart marketing methods to attain maximum sales results. But marketing deception is not smart marketing. ,,,, Hiding vital information for the purpose of deception can only result in losing customer base. This is, by any standard, a marketing ploy intended to achieve a one time sale per customer, and not to build a customer base. The rolls are advertised as 9" in diameter in order to compete with industrial distributors. But when you actually put your hand on one roll, you instantly realize that you've been had by cheap, dishonest shysters. The tissue is ribbed and stamped to create layers of air for the purpose of forming a bubble roll that measures 9" but weighs a trifle at a minimum length per roll. ,,,, The result is a bubble roll of cream puff made of cotton and tree bark. Also too narrow to list it as industrial/commercial ,,, waaaay too narrow. You would get a much better value, and certainly a much better quality, buying the top market brand in BULK from Amazon. I could've swallowed my pride and kept it just like 99.999% of the unwitting buyers. But I decided to make a point by teaching them a lesson through buying two dozen more boxes of 12 rolls each, only to return them back at their own cost citing advertising fraud. I am not so sure if it will change them into honest bunch, but it will certainly avenge my injured consumer savvy pride. * *
