I spent the extra money and bought 2 OtterBoxs for myself and my wife to protect our 2 new Samsung galaxy S 10 pluses. I was disappointed when I installed the case on my wife's phone and saw that it didn't protect the edges at all. I FEEL THAT IF ONLY OTTERBOX WOULD MAKE THE SIDES A FEW MILIMETERS HIGHER THE PHONE COULD BE PROTECTED BETTER .Since this phone is all glass front and back ,side to side I feel that it needs complete protection especially if you're hard on your phones as I am. I just upgraded my phone from my Samsung galaxy S6 that was protected with an OtterBox from day one. I never had an issue with all the abuse I gave it. We both bought reasonably priced cases to protect our phones until the OtterBoxs came in. I'm not sure what my wife got except it was glittery purple. Mine was a black Armadillo Tek Vanguard series. Both mine and hers wrapped the whole phone all the way around and protected the glass. Did I say that she liked her cover because it was glittery purple. I like mine but it's a little too hard for my liking. It's not soft and squishy like the wraparound backing and cushion of the OtterBox. Sorry but I'll be returning mine unopened . She loves hers . we'll see . Hoping she doesn't break her new phone. If she does I'll let you know . Hope OtterBox comes out with something soon to completely protect the phone up to the standards that we have all come to expect from such a great brand. Thank you
