Lacking in Accuracy - Severely
Please excuse me, but as a practicing Herbalist I have to speak up. I browsed through just the pages that were available for 'looking inside', and found many inaccuracies. Among them, the use of Ginseng and Ginko Biloba being used interchangeably (they are far from it,) and not indicating that there is a vast difference in use between Siberian Ginseng, and both Panax and American Ginseng. (Siberian Ginseng is the one that is a mood stabilizer, and isn't even in the same family as the other two Ginsengs.) Getting _anything_ interchanged or, God forbid, wrong, when you're treating someone is very serious! Please excuse me, but this is the worst book I've seen, in terms of errors that could do nothing to help the person, or even harm someone, that I've seen so far. BEWARE!
