Yup. I've had this printer for a WEEK. Bought it NEW. It will no longer LET ME PRINT IN BORDERLESS. I get the error message "You can no longer print in borderless until you get an Epson technician to replace your ink pads". I bought this printer specifically for borderless printing. I've only printed around 1,000 pages. HA. HA. What a huge joke. It specifically says "you cannot replace these ink pads yourself, hire a technician." Yeah okay. I can't afford to hire a technician every 1,000 pages printed. This is a $1000+ dollar printer. If you can't design it so that the ink pads are user replaceable, then good riddance. Don't buy this thing. On another note, this thing has a "maintenance box" that also needs serviced. Mine started out halfway dead according to their indicator. What a huge scam.
