These things were great at first, but as time went on, they became a total chore to open or close. I often have to remove the top almost completely in order to get some of these to twist. Update: A year later, we're throwing out empty tins as we run out of what they held, and going back to the store bought containers. This has to be the biggest failure of a purchase I've made from Amazon. These things are garbage with anything small enough to get between the lid and tin, turning them into an unturnable pain in the ass.
