The number of raves about this product is hard to believe; perhaps many are not genuine. I am disappointed! This "angel hair" is nothing like pasta; it tastes and feels like exactly what it is -- hearts of palm, ground up and then thin sliced. Unfortunately, that taste (and smell) is very veggie palmy including somewhat tart. The mouth feel is granular. The color is grayish. Sauce over it does not overcome these problems. As I am on a Keto diet, I'm no stranger to finding no-carb alternatives, but this is not a viable one. If I eat any more (since no returns are allowed), it will be on a salad. But most likely, my remaining FIVE packets will go into the trash. UGH.
