I gave this a 1 star rating (it should be 1/2 tops). The reason for this is that the glow just does not last. I cleaned the surface to be painted and used multiple coats (about 8 or 9) with drying time between coats of paint. When done, it was tested at least 6 times and after sitting in full light for 6 hours to 10 hours with the same result every time. The glow started out bright but after about 30 seconds you could see it losing glow and after about 15 min there was no glow at all. Also, mine was suppose to be clear coat but even after the first coat it was a pale green. I tested on a black plastic surface, satin finish. I only bought 1 can because I only had to do 12 circles of about 3" each (whole can was used). I called Amazon and told them about why I did not like the product and a full refund was issued. Thank you Amazon for "true" customer care. I would like to hear from Krylon as to if I did anything incorrectly in the application of the product.
