I cannot say enough bad things about this TV
Be warned! I only wish someone had taken the time to post such a review before I bought this product. Sony used to have a good reputation. They are now riding the fumes of that reputation. I have had to contact customer service no less than a dozen times. Every time they release a software update there are significant issues often with complete service interruption. There is some sort of android or user interface error at least every week. There are currently 55,000+ views in their own forum regarding a problem with the TV caught in a constant on the off cycle. This happened to me and they were unable to resolve it. After trying all sorts of things for different models I was able to resolve it myself. Now, one day later the TV will not boot up at all. Of course, Sony takes no responsibility whatsoever despite the thousands of customers with the same problem after the last update. I would never buy another Sony product. I have several Samsungs, an LG and a Panasonic. No problems on any of them. I really hope someone starts a class-action lawsuit.
