The rubber padding on the bottom of the chair got ...
The rubber padding on the bottom of the chair got unglued and fell off (on 3 out of the 4 chairs we bought) and the bottom of the chairs scratched up our hardwood floors. I can't imagine where I would get a replacement rubber piece of the same diameter and what kind of glue would possibly keep it from coming off next time. Unfortunate to say the least.
