Not as nutrient dense as they say
Tastes much better than others I have purchased before. Doesn't give me the feelintg I'm chewing on mowed lawn. My problem with it is that Dr. Berg refers to it as "massively nutrient dense," and I disagree. If anything, it's a good source of Vitamin A, and that's it. The nutritional profile can be found in the FAQs page of his website and it states nutrient amounts per 100 grams, which will make it look like you are getting a lot of nutrition. But one serving/scoop is 2.5 grams. Which means that you would have to ingest one third of the jar (20 scoops) in one day to get a good amount of Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, and Phosphorus. Everything else (except for Vitamin A) is negligible below that amount of powder. I eat very healthy, and rely on my diet for all of these nutrients, but I wanted to use this product to give me that extra boost when needed, especially on Potassium. It's just not worth the price if you have to drink a third of the jar (again, that's 20 scoops) in one day to get good amounts of the important nutrients.
