Extremely dangerous. Like the other reviewers picture of the ankle strap breaking, I had the same thing happen. I was using the ankle strap as an anchor off of my power rack for lat pull-downs. Without any warning, the strap ripped in half. Not the velcro, the strap itself. This sent the entire bundle slingshotting at my head with the resistance of all the bands hooked up. Luckily, my face was looking at the ground. The pictures I put up are of my two welts on the back of my head. The bigger one is where my head was bleeding. This was 7 to 10 minutes after it happened. I'd already been icing it the entire time. The lump got even larger no matter what I did. If the equipment provided can't handle the resistance of the bands in the kit, I'd say this is total garbage. I don't even trust their door anchor now.
