I rarely write reviews, but in this case, I am so incredibly disappointed in this product I felt I had to leave a review. I've been a user of the "Reach" flossers for several years due to my closely spaced teeth. It was recommended and given to me by my dentist, and since then I've recommended it to family and friends as a great way to floss easily and effectively. Over the past few months, I've noticed that the floss on these has been getting noticeably thinner. With the last two purchases of this Listerine refill product, I noticed the floss begins to literally "shred" after flossing one or two teeth. It also breaks very easily between some of my tight teeth, and I have been forced to use two or three to complete a full mouth flossing. I have an inkling that Listerine is intentionally doing this to increase sales and revenue. I sincerely hope this is not the case as I will be looking for another suitable replacement. I do hope they read these reviews and will take the necessary steps to correct the problem. I agree with many other similar reviews here, and request that Listerine go back to the previous formula. You've totally, and intentionally, destroyed a very helpful and great product that helps thousands of people to maintain proper oral hygiene.
