I've had my light for almost two months. I really like it and it's very helpful, but I have a serious problem with customer service at Philips which is why I cannot give this product a better review. The product comes with a two year warranty which is a huge factor in my buying it. But if customer service doesn't do their part in fulfilling the warranty, then the warranty is useless. Two of the bulbs on my unit burned out so I called customer service and they said they would send me a replacement light. The one they sent has a different kind of screen on it, not frosted like the one I purchased, and I much prefer the original one. Also the replacement unit says "Apollo Health" on the bottom, not "Philips" (otherwise it looks the same). I called customer service again and they were not at all helpful, not even the supervisor I talked to. Both people I spoke with at customer service told me that the lights were exactly the same as each other. We just kept going back and forth, with me saying that they are obviously different, them saying they are the same, etc., etc. They finally told me that Philips had bought out Apollo, and they didn't admit it, but I have concluded that this replacement unit must be older stock (they just kept repeating that the lights were the same). The supervisor told me that she had checked with the warehouse and all of the units they had were the same as they had sent me. I asked if there was someone else there who could help me and she told me no. Neither of the people at Philips who I spoke with seemed the slightest bit interested in actually providing customer service. Even the tone of voice and attitude (of both of them) was apathetic. What I would like is a replacement that is the same as the one I paid for, which seems reasonable to me.
