Do not under any circumstances purchase these glasses from Amazon. I don’t blame Amazon for the problem but Ray-Ban will not provide service on items not purchase directly from them. This is my second pair of glasses. I love my first and decided to buy a pair with transition lenses. I was not able to get them set up and Ray-Ban would not provide help because I did not buy them directly.
