I am blind with anger at this printer. Forget all it's positive features, if one color ink cartridge is empty or not working, all functions of the printer stop working including scanning and faxing. And don't think you can switch to gray scale to print. Epson's own website acknowledges that you cannot print in black only, because a small amount of ink must come from each cartridge to print ANYTHING. I work in an office out of my home and because of this money grubbing exploitation to profit from the cartridges, I cannot complete my work today. So ticked off...
