it was great, but now its another monthly bill for not much in return
The app works fine. The problem is that PBS is now forcing folks to pay a monthly paid subscription. Its $60 a year or $5 a month. Hulu, Netflix, or Amazon are much better choices for the money. A lot of pbs programming can be found on amazon or Netflix.
