Bought this almost three years ago, didn't use it often, just one of those kitchen tools that comes in handy when you need it. That being said, this thing is a piece of junk, and what makes it worse is the manufacturer is horrible at honoring the lifetime warranty on this product. This juicer no longer juices, it slipped its gears and now barely presses on the lemon or lime. I contacted the manufacturer twice through their recommended methods, and have received ZERO response. DO NOT BUY this, get one of the metal ones without the "gears" this product has, which is cheap plastic. It looks beefy, but it isn't.
