Unboxed the stand, laid out all the parts so I could assemble it. Once I started, I figured out that the majority of the thin metal was bent, dinged up or was just really low-quality. Now I have something I wasted 160 something dollars on that I can’t return and serves no purpose. Do not buy this item it sucks. Also the backboard for the speed bag is made of particle board. This thing is terrible
