Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I bought this item approximately 2 weeks ago and it worked great the first time I used it. Second time i went to go use it, it turned off by itself before I even got to press anything and wouldn't turn back on. I tried it the following day and it turned on but was flicking off and on so i left it alone for a few days. In the interim, I tried contacting the seller, Fancierstudio, via phone several times up until a few minutes ago, without avail. Thus prompting me to make this review. It's crazy that something that costs almost $200 won't work properly AND you can't even get anyone on the phone to troubleshoot it and/or replace a brand new machine that's not even a month old. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! My next steps will be to contact amazon returns (but from what I've read, it will cost upward of $100 to return) AND make a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for selling faulty merchandise and even worse, having terrible customer service.
