Update: These people are a scam. Seller reached out and promised they would fix the horrible situation if I sent them pictures of the problem. I did and it was a lie. They got their pictures and tried to tell me how to adjust the chair. There’s no adjustment for poor quality padding and a junk hinge. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!!! The seller will not remedy any complaints! I've had this chair for a few months now and it's already falling apart. This chair is rated for 400lbs and cannot handle me at 180lbs. The padding is already flattened and done. The hinge to lean back is already failing under my weight. It squeaks soo loudly that everyone in my office is complaining. As of today, I had to dig my 10 year old office chair out of the shop trash to upgrade from my brand new chair. What a disappointing pile of garbage this chair is. Save your money, buy a cinder block and a pillow instead. It will at least last longer.
