Just to clarify, the Glam Glow mask itself, hands down 5 stars. You just can't order it here on Amazon because the product you receive has already been used, which is gross. After receiving a pre-opened, pre-used product, I drove my butt to Sephora and bought one at full price. The product itself is AMAZING. Use this in tandem with a Biore pore strip, and you'll see immediate results. Fabulous face mask, worth every penny. Having said that, I've attached three pictures of the version I received from Amazon. The outer box, you can see the round factory seal sticker (it's clear) with a piece of clear scotch tape on top. That should have been my first red flag. The inner packaging (the paper holding the jar in place) was torn so the jar just kind of rattled around in there, and there are two instructional brochure things that were supposed to be there that were missing. The new version (from Sephora) is packaged so tightly you have to rip the paper to get to the jar, but that part has clearly already been done for me. I also included a picture of what was under the lid of my jar. There should be a foil safety seal, sealing your product and keeping it clean and moist. The picture is just the way I received it, with product smeared along the lid, as if someone already used it and wiped it off their fingers. This dinky little plastic disc is NOT a factory seal, and the new products don't even come with that little disc. That's something they added on, out of the goodness of their hearts I guess. /sarcasm/ I also have a picture of my (brand new from Sephora) jar, showing what the seal should look like. Please please do not use a product that was already opened, unless you want to risk breaking out. I was very disappointed in the misrepresentation of this item. That being said, a new, unopened jar of Glam Glow is my new favorite skin care item. You just can't get that here.
