DYMO has always been a work horse for us and as a veterinary hospital, we use our label writer constantly throughout the day for prescription labels. Imagine our frustration that the new DYMO 550 ONLY uses DYMO label rolls that have a chip in them - except that they DON"T MAKE A VETERINARY LABEL WITH OUR LEGAL SAFETY STATEMENT. The requirement that the new label writers will ONLY take DYMO brand labels makes this machine useless for us. We have multiple workstations that have to be able to print labels and we will now be shopping for a different label writer. DYMO, having to use only YOUR branded labels is akin to blackmail. Now you aren't just NOT selling rolls of labels, you are also not selling label writers.
