I bought this lock because Wirecutter gave it a great review. But: - The lock was seriously annoying to use every day. The key always got stuck. The clamp holding the lock would get stuck too. - My bike got stolen after only 6 months of using this lock. - Their anti-theft protection offer is bogus and is false advertising. They put in small print you have to send a picture of the broken lock to make a claim. What idiot thief would leave behind the broken lock with their fingerprints/evidence all over it at the crime scene??? I made a claim anyways-- police report and all-- and I still haven't heard anything from Kryptonite a month later.
