I never write reviews, but this software upset me so much that I need to make sure you don't buy it without knowing the HUGE caveats to its functioning: You MUST have an account or it will lock you out of the camera. And, you MUST be able to verify this account by signing in online whenever you try to use the camera. So you cannot use this for, say, inspecting HVAC systems in a basement if you do not have internet. You will need internet to run this camera. It will only be useful in situations with cell service. Not at your cabin, not when your car breaks down in the mountains, not when you are camping or hunting... You must be willing to bow down to flir and create an account not of your own volition due to the features they provide with it (are there any?) but because it's a requirement for operating the camera. Too bad, because there is some cool technology in there.
