Hard spine like core makes this pillow extremely uncomfortable!
This product is made of quality materials and looks nice. The surprise factor,that I was unaware of when choosing this item, is that it has an extremely uncomfortable articulating spine like rod inserted into the middle making the pillow very uncomfortable! Rather than dealing with sending it back to the seller, we surgically removed the spine. I now have a nice soft pillow that I was looking for.
