We followed the instructions. Purchased through Amazon with 1 year service included Paid $85.51 . During set up on 11-9-2019 I was charged another $29.99 for another 1 year service plan even though it was supposed to be included in the Amazon purchase. We have now paid $115.50 but no service, Cannot get any responses to our service requests. The app could not fully install on Samsung so we tried to install it on our iPhone. The Vyncs software loaded successfully on the Iphone. Once installed on the Iphone it did not import data from the vehicle. Logged into the computer website and tried to edit the Driver and Vehicle information online but the EDIT button did not work. So now we are here. Wasted about 5 hours on my day off (Saturday). Reloaded the vehicle information 3 times. Vyncs has no support service on Saturday afternoon or Sunday when working families have time to install software on their cars. I sure hope they get back with me. Counting the hours wasted. Watch them call on Monday when we are at work....smh. At this point I would not recommend this device to anyone. To be continued posted Saturday at 8:32pm 11-9-19 Contacted Amazon for help. They said this company will not have tech support until Monday. Disappointed that we must wait until Monda. I cannot take calls Mon-Friday because I teach and we cannot use our phone during work hours. 8-5.
