Got this today. I removed packaging ,then pressed the release button to retract handle,,,,,, I noticed that one side of the handle had resistance when fully extended . the opposing side was rigid and sturdy. I investigated further by unscrewing the stop screws at the bottom of the retractable insert to get a closer look. Once I took the screws out the rest is self-explanatory. That was very slippery of you Amazon! And to think I wouldn't notice is insulting. If you're going to recondition items at least make it somewhat convincing! I'm seriously debating closing my Amazon acount for this ,and a whole abundance of other bad experiences , I spend alot of money shopping amazon & this is how they treat me, very disappointed
