I had this for a few days and loved it until the left foot rest started messing up. Every time I rocked the foot back and forth, the screw underneath would catch on it and begin to unscrew itself. I was told I could not get a simple replacement part but had to return the whole product for a refund. I had to completely disassemble it, repackage it, and drop it off at a carrier facility on my own which is not exactly simple considering it weighs over 100 pounds. The fact I had no other option but to go through such a hassle (even with the 4 year protection plan bought separately) is why I give this a one star. If the foot plate gets fixed, maybe I’ll give it a better rating later on.
