After all the hype about "maximum crema" etc. I found this machine to be anything but "amazing". What was amazing was that this is a Breville machine, whose reputation is one of excellence overall. This machine had NO viable instructions on it's use, which I found to be not only frustrating, but there was nothing on the Breville website about it, and even less on the Nespresso website about HOW TO USE this machine.... it lauds it's ability to change the temperature - but HOW to do that was not explained. So the two little pods I used to taste test were both lukewarm and didn't have more than a fleeting appearance of what could have been the touted crema. Like I said, VERY disappointing given the hype. I returned it.
