First of all Customer Service through the Seychelle pH2O PURE Water Filtration company was TERRIBLE!!! The woman answering the phone was very unprofessional, not stating the company name, her name, or sounding as if she was customer service. I had to ask her if I called the right place. She seemed very inconvenienced by my call. I had questions regarding my purchase and before returning through Amazon I wanted to verify that it was a defective product. She explained that this filter doesn’t remove dissolved solids. So when I used my TDS meter is read a few points off of getting water straight from the tap, that reading is correct. I bought this filtration system thinking it would filter my water and alkalize it as well. It did alkalize the water from a neutral 7 ph to a 9 but I want a filtration system that does it all. This system does NOT, and after my experience with their customer service I am definitely returning it through Amazon, and getting my money back. Writing the review to help others avoid the same experience. Basically Alkalizing Tap Water!!!
