I’m a runner and bought theses shoes to replace my New Balance Minimus shoes. Let me tell you, I love those shoes, but can’t find them any more. But, after buying these shoes I stopped looking. They are super comfortable. like going barefoot, but with some cushion and protection. They dry quickly and have great traction on slippery surfaces. After such a glowing recommendation, why the 2 stars, you ask? Sadly, they just don’t hold up. If you look at the picture I attached you’d think I had these forever right? Holes in the toes (& no, I do NOT have long toe nails) cracks in the top of the shoes... I’ve only had these about 9 weeks. NINE! No kidding. I’m not a long distance runner. They haven’t been on 10 mile runs. We’re talking 3-4 miles 4 times a week. They should have lasted me a lot longer than this. Long story short, love the fit and feel of these shoes, but even at $28, they’re not worth the money because they don’t hold up.
