UNFORTUNATELY, I have purchased a fake. This is a really WELL MADE FAKE. Real Chi straighteners DO NOT have stickers on them whatsoever except for the plug area with warning labels. A real chi has pushed out letters next to the switch similar to a credit card's numbers. And their on/off switch is small. This has an entire "level" for it? Also notice the packet that comes with the iron, the model is different from the box. These are real chi manuals but you're given a FAKE chi.
