Short review: rehash of other recipes. Most are marked "makes leftovers" I would recommend getting Complete Cooking for Two instead! Details: I have been a long time fan of ATK cookbooks and was very excited when they announced Cooking for One. But I was very disappointed when I got it. The entree section is very small and is limited to pan searing/cooking a single cut of meat with a sauce. Most of the sides and all of the soups say "makes leftovers" but doesn't tell you how much. And all can be found I other books. If you are looking for a small portion cookbook I highly recommend getting their Complete Cooking For Two instead of this.
